New Gins

Batch Buddhas Hand…..Made with the Chinese citrus fruits of the same name, with Sichuan pepper and Coriander. Served with Ginger.

Batch Industrial Strength Gin…..A surprisingly smooth 55% navy strength gin. Less spice and increased juniper and Melissa results in sweet lemon notes. Served with orange.

Black Tomato Gin…..Made with black tomatoes and sea salt. Gives a fascinating balance between sweet and savoury flavours. Served with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and Basil.

Collagin…..The world’s first gin containing digestible collagen amongst other anti aging botanicals. A slightly sweeter Gin with notes of liquorice, pink grapefruit and orris. Served with Grapefruit

Edgerton Blue Spiced Gin…..Notes of lavender, citrus and spices, especially black pepper are most prominent. These give way to flavours from Cardamom and Fenugreek which give a long spicy finish. Served with Blueberries.

Edgerton Pink Gin…..Sweet orange and juniper notes open up and soften to give an appealingly floral sweet nose and a touch of sugar plum, followed by a dryer refreshing finish. Served with Stawberries.

Garden Tiger…..(47%) Crafted at the Capreolus distillery in the Cotswolds, Garden Tiger Gin is made with 34 botanicals including organic blood orange, lime tree leaves, elderberries and pine as well as a selection of other fruit, flowers and spices.

Ginger Ninja……Ginger snaps, honeycomb, peppery juniper and a touch of liquorice root. A ginger-forward gin from the folks at The Lickerish Tooth, made with many of the same botanicals as their Sheep’s Eye Gin, with much more spicy ginger coming through. Served with ginger.

Poetic License Saparilla…..Inspired by the classic soft drink that you might see a cowboy sipping should you ever travel back in time, Poetic License have combined sarsaparilla root with Old Tom gin, alongside a touch of aniseed, liquorice and vanilla. Served over Ice

Poetic License Espresso Gin…..As you might expect, this is bursting at the seams with mouthwatering notes of roasted coffee beans, as well as sweet hints of vanilla, lime, black pepper and juniper. Served with Coffee beans.

Sipsmiths Lemon Drizzle Gin….. Fresh, tart and warming, the lemon is powerful, but is tempered well by savoury juniper, a pang of liquorice and a floral perfume quality that lifts it. Served with Lemon

Two Birds Strawberry and Vanilla…..Well, this somewhat does what it says on the tin! Tasty Two Birds Gin, with the lip-smacking addition of strawberry and vanilla. Summer drinks ahoy! Served with Stawberries

Unicorn Tears Gin…..Juniper-driven and citrusy on the nose, the palate is luscious and flavoursome with an indulgent sweetness and flavours of candied orange, herbs and spice. Delicious to drink on its own over ice or with tonic. Served with Lime

Whitley Neil Blood Orange…..A handcrafted gin, inspired by the vibrant flavours of Sicily. The extract of Sicilian blood oranges injects a citrus burst, for a smooth, crisp taste of the Mediterranean sun. Served with Orange.

Whitley Neil Raspberry…..A Dry yet fruity Gin featuring Scottish raspberries at its core alongside punchy notes of liquorice and coriander in support. Served with Raspberries.

5th Earth Gin…… A bold yellow, 5th Earth Gin is precisely as citrusy as the colour would suggest, with orange, lemon, tangerine and grapefruit all being included in its production. Bright and sharp, it is a uniquely lively spirit. In both appearance and taste. Served with orange and lemon.

999.9 Gold Gin…… Aromas of bright orange: hints of peel, orange oil, and orange blossom. On the palate, there is a more balanced sweetness and plenty of orange notes, along with some chocolate. It really is packed full of citrus  with notes of lemon, orange, and clementine. Served with slices of apple.

Batch Gin……Light citrus notes of coriander and orange peel which are followed with the most delicate aromatic lemongrass and tingly pepper sensation with a smooth sweet linger. Served with lime and raspberry.

Bathtub……Orangey citrus notes and gentle but pronounced juniper. Served with orange.

Bathtub Old Tom…… A style of gin popular in 18th and 19th century England, Old Tom Gin is slightly sweeter than standard gins. Bathtub Old Tom is superbly well-balanced with familiar notes of orange, cinnamon and clove combining well with a touch of liquorice sweetness. Served with orange.

Brecon Botanicals…… Hints of citrus mingle with oriental spices. On adding a mixer, the citrus, lemon, orange – and even bergamot – open out, as do hints of cinnamon, cloves and even saffron, Served with cucumber and fresh mint.

Brockmans……Refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild berry. This creates an intensely smooth gin. Served with blackberries or blueberries.

Bobby’s Gin……Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin is a fragrant and complex gin, made with a combination of local and Indonesian botanicals. A balanced blend of juniper, rosehips, cloves, lemongrass and cubeb peppers amongst others, create this unique gin. Served with orange.

Botanic Ultra-Premium… On the nose is a light aroma of citrus and piney juniper with faint almond. On the palate, this relatively smooth spirit has mild juniper, light earthy spice and musky citrus, developing into vanilla and sweet orange and notes with hints of almond. On the close is orange blossom plus a touch of warm pepper (cardamom) and dry juniper in the finish. Served with Mediterranean tonic and lime.

Cuckoo Gin…… Cuckoo is a complex gin with a smooth mouth feel to aid those who like to sip. After a slightly sweet, piney juniper start, the flavour develops into citrus from orange, grapefruit and lemon with a lingering taste of cinnamon spice and liquorice. Served with orange and ginger.

Copperhead Gin…… Gold Medal Winner at the 2016 Spirits Awards. Angelica root, cardamom, orange peel, coriander and of course  juniper berries combine to make for a truly harmonic and well-balanced gin. In the nose, the Belgium gin presents an intense scent of citrus, on the palate your taste buds will be tickled by the aroma of tangerine and lemons Served with Mediterranean Tonic and orange.

Ginraw…… Bringing together Barcelona’s best creatives – a maître parfumier, mixologist, sommelier and pastry chef. On the nose, Ginraw’s juniper is pleasingly immediate, with crisp citrus and floral notes from the kaffir lime. Served with Lime.

Gunpowder Gin…… Smooth bodied with more fresh lemon, lime and grapefruit on the palate. The Gunpower Tea comes alive on the midpalate together with the spicier botanicals. Served with lemon.

Hammer and Sons Old English Gin…… Winner of the World’s Best Gin at the 2015 Gin Awards, Lots of bright juniper, vivid citrus notes, sweet lemon and orange rind. The mid body is where some earthy complexity comes through: nutmeg, clove, and a hint of a bright floral sweetness towards the end. The finish is long, with a touch of heat. Served with pink grapefruit.

Hayman’s Old Tom…… A style of gin popular in 18th and 19th century England, Old Tom Gin is slightly sweeter than standard gins. Sweet lavender, candied lemon, hints of violets and tangy juniper on the nose. Followed by a zesty rich palate of sweet gingerbread, juniper and spice. Served with lime and lemon.

Hven Organic Gin…… Hven Organic Gin is the only gin served at Copenhagen’s Noma, the Best Restaurant in the World (Restaurant Magazine 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2014). It boasts delicate aromas of citrus especially grapefruit, juniper and grains of paradise. Maturing the gin in oak barrels, also adds to its’ flavour. Paramount is the vanilla sweetness and spice which combine with the traditional juniper berries. Served with lemon.

Hendricks……Smooth, with rose & sweet citrus. Served with Elderflower Tonic and sliced cucumber.

Jinzu……Citrus with the sake bringing an underlying sweetness. The cherry blossom carries a distinct floral note, with a subtle juniper underpinning it all. Served with apple.

Liverpool Gin…… A whole lot of citrus, which literally bursts from the drink, making it very lively. Accompanying this is a slight lemon maltiness or biscuit-like flavour, reminiscent of lemon shortbread. This is a great thirst quencher. Served with orange.

Martin Millers…… Fresh & gentle, with citrus & juniper. Served with Mediterranean Tonic and pink grapefruit.

Monkey 47……Every time you try it you’ll pick up new flavour notes and aromas, from berry fruits and citrus to floral and herbal characteristics Served with blueberries and lemon.

Ophir……Its warm, earthy and exotic spices alongside sweet citrus notes Served with ginger ale and orange.

Sacred Gin…… Double Gold Winner at the 2013 San Francisco Spirit Awards.It is made with citrus, juniper, cardamom, nutmeg and Hougari frankincense as well as 7 other botanicals. In 2009, it was the Overall Winner at Ginmasters, with a score of 98 points out of a possible 100. Served with orange.

Sir Robin of Locksley Gin…… Traditional botanicals with more delicate infusions of elderflower, dandelion and pink grapefruit. Up-front juniper with the delicate aroma of elderflower. Deliciously smooth on the palate.

Skully Oriental Citrus……Inspired by fresh fruits and botanicals from the orient, this citrus-based gin bursts with flavour. The use of yuzu fruit combined with traditional gin botanical makes this gin both refreshing and exceptionally smooth. Served with lemon.

Skully Tangerine Twist…… Based on the sophisticated taste of mandarin fruit, Skully Tangerine twist combines the aromas of the Chinese mandarine orange and bitter fruits. Served with orange.

Tanqueray Rangpur……. Distilled using Rangpur Lime, a cross between lemon, mandarin and tangerine gives a cacophony of lemon, orange, grapefruit and tangerine with herbal elements. Served with Elderflower Tonic and orange.

Tanqueray Ten…… A crisp and clean Gin & Tonic, with lots of citrus notes and some sweetness, such as liquorice coming through. A hint of floral notes. Served with pink grapefruit.

Two Bird’s London Dry Gin…… Winner of Silver Outstanding Award at the 2013 International Wine and Spirit Competition, Two Birds is a clean, crisp gin. Citrus, lemon and juniper with hints of angelica and vanilla at the end. Served with cucumber.

West Winds Cutlass……Australia’s most awarded gin and at 50% ABV has quite a punch. Aromas of dark chocolate and lime combine into notes of chocolate limes. On the palate, lots of citrus with more juniper and angelica, and some coriander too. The finish is then vibrant with notes of citrus sherbet and milk chocolate. Served with green chili pepper.

Whitley Neill …… Clean on the nose with subtle soft aromas of citrus and gooseberry. Very soft once onto the palate, with a developing flavour of citrus, fresh flesh fruit and a slight spice. Served with orange.

Juniper Led Gins 

3 Pugs Gin……Distilled in a small garden distillery using 8 Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Orris, Angelica, Cardamom, Elderflower, Basil & Orange. Served with orange.

 Beefeater ……A crisp, dry gin, with an herbal bouquet and hints of orange complimenting the juniper. Served with pink grapefruit or lemon.

 Bertha’s Revenge ……A sweet spice forward aroma with cardamom, cinnamon and liquorice in abundance on the pallet alongside the familiar piney notes of juniper. Wonderfully smooth when served with tonic, the sweet and bitter orange really opens for a longer citrusy finish. Served with orange.

 Blind Tiger Gin…… A beautifully strong and spiced gin. At 47% this higher than average alcohol content carries bags of juniper and cubeb pepper which lingers on with zesty hints of cracked black pepper, violet, orange and liquorice. Served with orange and juniper berries.

 Bombay Sapphire ……Comparatively subtle when it comes to being driven by juniper, with the other botanicals also coming to the forefront. Served with lemon or lime.

 Chase GB……Dry juniper, with bitter chocolate, zesty citrus and warm spices. Finishes with spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Served with lemon and ginger.

 Cruxland Gin…… Expect a fresh aroma of juniper and lemon, enhanced by coriander and spice and the earthy hint of Kalahari truffles. Served with lemon.

 Dingle Gin…… In terms of its broad style, this is what is categorised as a London Dry gin, but the unique character and flavour come from the painstaking and original choice of botanicals. Served with lemon.

Deaths Door Gin……Predominant tastes of piney juniper berries emerge up front, with the customary spicy citrus notes from the coriander seeds next and a whack of fennel to boot. Served with Mediterranean tonic and apple.

 Elephant Gin ……Flavours of lemon grass, coriander, menthol mint, dried citrus and berries, and cola. Dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, juniper, sweet and peppery spices, creamy berry bread pudding. Served with apple.

 Fifty Pounds Gin ……Blasts onto the palate with juniper, spearmint and almond essence top notes with mixed citrus peel and star anise below. A very smooth gin with a slight mint and eucalyptus finish. Served with Lime or mint.

 Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin……Exotic flavours of saffron alongside juniper, coriander and orange. Served with orange.

 Half Hitch Gin……. Half Hitch is made using black tea and bergamot. Spicy notes of bell pepper and juniper meet citrus notes of sweet orange, nutmeg and a rich black tea. There are hints of woody spice, touches of bitter lemon.  A very smooth gin with delicate citrus notes and long smooth malty, vanilla finish. Served with orange.

 Herno Gin…. Voted the best gin and tonic in the world 2016. A London dry style gin distilled at the Hernö Brenneri on the east coast of Sweden. They use a homemade wheat spirit as the base and steep their 8 botanicals for 18 hours before distilling in a 250 litre copper still. Served with a sprig of mint, lime and fever tree tonic.

 Herno Old Tom…. Voted the best gin in the world 2016.Made with the same botanicals as the standard, but with extra meadowsweet to impart extra sweetness. This is then heightened with the addition of touches of honey and sugar before bottling. Can be drank neat over ice or with lemon and fever tree tonic.

 Hunters Gin …… On the taste buds the flavours start with a juniper hit followed by a subtle lemony, crisp citrus tone. Sweet, spicy palate entry with a lovely balance of exotic spices. Earthy juniper, a touch of aniseed. Served with lemon or lime.

 Jawbox Classic Dry Gin…… Classic Juniper comes through to the mouth, with the lemon peel and coriander seed lead citrus combining with the cubebs and cardamom spice to hold the juniper aloft. Served with lime.

 King of Soho…… A sweet warm citrus and spice start, followed by pleasant bitter notes and a liquorice finish, held together with a juniper body. Served with lime and orange.

 Lakes Gin…… Distilled with local juniper berries and other classic botanicals native to the Lake District including bilberry, heather and meadowsweet. Served with fresh mint and strawberry.

 Langley’s No 8…… Juniper forward with a healthy balance of citrus and spice mingling together, with a liquorice like flavour springing into the mix.  Served with Mediterranean Tonic with pink grapefruit.

 London No1……Strong floral flavours leading in front and a ginger-like spiciness. Served with pomegranate and orange.

 Martin Millers Westbourne…. A deluxe high-strength gin, awarded 97 points and the title ‘Spirit of the Year 2003’ by the Chicago Beverage Testing Institute (BTI), the world’s largest and most powerful drinks-testing organisation. Served with fever tree slimline tonic, juniper and limes.

 Pickering’s 1947 Gin……A gin lovers gin. Star anise, fennel, Juniper and dried citrus peel blend to give a smooth gin with hints of liquorice and warm spice. Served with pink grapefruit, but also stands well with ginger ale.

 Pink 47…… The delicious recipe is carefully crafted in small batches with a mix of ten botanicals. Pink 47 has a particularly spicy bouquet, with angelica, sage and pepper. It is strong and smooth, piney and dry without a trace of harshness. The finish is crisp and compelling. Served with lemon.

 Sikkim Privee London Dry Gin……. A gentle combination of juniper, red tea and flower essences with coriander, a touch of herbs and a soft, velvety red tea flavour. Served with juniper berries and lemon.

Silent Pool…… A clean juniper driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile. Fresh notes of citrus and kaffir lime are grounded with the subtle sweetness of local honey and elderflower, creating a well-balanced gin that is both traditional and refreshingly unique. Served with orange.

 Silverback Gin…… Winner of a Bronze and Silver award at the 2016 Spirits awards. A clean and refreshing gin, Silverback Gin is, on first take, full of fragrant gentle coriander and bright citrus. Pine quickly grounds itself as the centre of the gin with subtle, floral notes making an appearance. Bright, zesty orange and fine lemongrass are prominent throughout. Served with Cardamom tonic and orange.

 Sipsmiths……Dry, with juniper, lemon & orange juniper berries. Served with Elderflower Tonic and lime.

 Skully Smooth Wasabi……. Skully Smooth Wasabi has a distinct aroma and taste, it defines itself by its spice finish, which makes it a perfect match with Japanese dishes. Wasabi root, ginger and mint are the prevalent ingredients in this exclusive spirit. Served with lemon.

 Star of Bombay…… Star of Bombay is a higher-strength, super-premium variant of Bombay Sapphire. The classic notes of juniper, angelica and coriander have been intensified, with the addition of bergamot and ambrette seeds offering extra exoticness.  Served with Elderflower tonic and orange.

 SteamPunk Gin …… Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2016 World Gin Masters in London, SteamPunk has notes of juniper, orris root, licorice, star anise, lemon, orange and grapefruit zest makes this a powerful punch of a gin. Served with fever tree Mediterranean tonic and lemon.

 Tanqueray……A crisp, dry gin, with juniper at the forefront. Served with Lime, Pomegranate or orange.

 Tarquin’s Gin – The Seadog Navy Strength……. Southwestern Distillery’s excellent Tarquin’s gin, orris root, green cardamom seeds, cinnamon and violets are all used, and the gin is distilled in Tamara, their copper pot still named after the goddess of the Tamar. Served with aromatic tonic and lemon.

Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin…… Produced on the Falls Farm in Northamptonshire by Warner Edwards, Harrington Dry is a delicious gin. It’s based on barley spirit which is flavoured with eleven botanicals sourced from farms in Wales and England. These include juniper, elderflower and coriander. Served with Fever tree tonic and cucumber.

 West Winds Broadside……A Double Gold medal at the 2014 New York World Wine & Spirits Competition, The Broadside is made using the distinctive sea parsley and seasoned with Margaret River sea salt. Pleasant classic style nose, with juniper up front, but a touch of violet/rose, coriander and vanilla. At 58% Served with lemon.

 Wicked Wolf Gin……Carefully distilling each botanical individually, Wicked Wolf Exmoor have created a traditional gin with a thoroughly contemporary character. Hibiscus and Kaffir lime bind together layers of citrus and pepper are finely balanced with juniper and coriander. A clean and delightful gin. Served with a slice of lime.

Floral, Fruity Gins

3 Pugs Blackcurrent Gin……. 3 Pugs gin had 8 exquisite botanicals, with Juniper of course, Basil and Orange amongst them. The newest blend adding to the signature botanicals a saturation of Blackcurrant Juice. Served with blackberries.

5th Summer Berry Fire Gin ……A sweet and almost silky sprit, 5th Fire has been gently infused with a whole range of soft red fruits (including blackberry, blueberry, currant and strawberry). Gooseberry and strawberry come through initially with a mild but noticeable juniper bitterness. This is a fantastically experimental gin. Served with strawberry and 70% chocolate shavings.

Adnams Copper House……Classic notes of juniper alongside sweet orange, cardamom and hibiscus flowers. An elegant spirit, infused with floral and citrus notes. Served with orange.

Alkkemist Gin…… Distilled with 21 botanicals only 12 times a year under a full moon. Alkkemist Gin features a base of triple-distilled grain spirit and 21 different botanicals, interestingly including Muscat grape, alongside orange and lemon peel, rose petals, samphire, fennel, thyme and mint, among others. Served with orange.

Bakewell Gin. Cherry and Almond……. Infused with just 6 botanicals, this is an aromatic craft gin with classic notes of juniper alongside, cubeb, cardamom, hibiscus flowers and of course cherry and almond. Served with cherry tonic and raspberries.

Batch Whinberry Gin……. Handcrafted from a distillery in Burnley, Batch Whinberry is a 40% fruit infused gin. Native UK bilberries, known in Burnley and the surrounding area are steeped in the premium gin. Served with ginger ale and lime.

Berliner Brandstifter Gin……On the nose, the gin gives off a bright floral, fruity sweetness. and almost red berry richness to the smell. That sweetness translates to the tongue, while the floral elements bring a jammy sweetness. Served with blueberries.

Bloom…… A fine example of a modern, light gin that is not strongly juniper led. Served with Elderflower Tonic with strawberries.

BOE Violet Gin……  The award winning Boe Superior Gin is infused with violets to create a stylish gin with a light, delicate taste and beautiful colour and aroma. Beautiful Gin both straight and with tonic, with a berry-like sweetness and a light floral aftertaste of Parma Violets. Served with Blueberries.

Botanic Kiss Gin……. Made in Spain using triple-distilled English grain. It is a blend of classic botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, orris root, liquorice root, cassia, almond shells, sweet orange and Buddha’s hand, with strawberries, raspberries and cranberries. The latter adds a natural pink colour and lots of fruitiness. Served with fever tree tonic and lime, or blueberries.

Botanist……Floral & herbaceous, with gentle spice & zesty citrus. Served with mint and lime.

Burleigh’s London Dry Gin…… distilled with 11 of the world’s finest botanicals including silver birch, dandelion, burdock and elderberries. Dry juniper freshness followed by pine, citrus zest and eucalyptus. Earthy, spicy and floral notes in the background Long and warming with Parma violet and lavender. Served with orange.

Buss 509 Raspberry Gin…… A lovely balance of raspberry and classic gin like notes, with plenty of herbs and juniper on the palate. Citrus up front, lemon, raspberry notes, with floral and herb-garden notes in the mids, cardamom, angelica, and a faint hint of anise later, with pine emphasized juniper and a tart berry, slightly sour, but astringent and surprisingly dry on the finish. Served with Raspberries.

Bulldog Gin…… A super premium gin containing 12 botanicals. The 5 main ones are Lotus Leaves, Lavender, Liquorice, Poppy and Dragon Eye which is a cousin of the Lychee fruit and an aphrodisiac. It is a very smooth Gin, less dry than most with a long fruity sweetness from the liquorice and dragon eye. Served with orange or pink grapefruit.

Caorunn ……A sweetness and warmth within the fruity flavours, whilst being lighter on juniper and citrus. Served with apple, lemon or orange.

Chase Elegant 48 Gin…… This Elegant Gin which is bottled at 48% is described as the most complicated gin in the world and is the first and only gin to be distilled from cider apples. Elegant, crisp with juniper and green fruits upfront, followed by warm spices and earthy undertones. Served with apple.

Chase Orange …… Fruity/floral with notes of marmalade, also a pleasant juniper spice in the background, which fades towards the finish where you’ll get notes of coriander, bitter orange zest, and a faint backing of licorice. Served with orange.

Chase Pink Grapefruit……Floral and zesty, a wave of tartness hits your tongue first, followed by a juicy kick of grapefruit peel. Subtle hints of juniper round out the flavour. Served with Mediterranean tonic and Pink Grapefruit.

Columbian Dictator Gin…… This Gin is very unique as it is made with the primary ingredient being the Colombian fruit Limon Mandarino (Tangerine-Lemon). The combination of these Fruits along with the Juniper berries. The gin is then aged for 35 weeks in rum barrels to give a darker colour but also a Fresh and Smooth taste. Served with orange.

Columbian White……. From the clever minds and talented hands that brought us Dictator Rum comes an aged Colombian gin. Using a botanical selection based on the limon mandarino, a hybrid between a mandarin orange and a lemon, they have created a wonderful, citrus-forward gin. Served with fever tree tonic and orange.

Cucumber Gin…… A ballroom dance between cucumber and juniper. The sweetness of the cucumber balances out the sharpness of the juniper. A light refreshing gin, perfect for the summer. Served with cucumber and mint.

Daffy’s Gin…… Daffy’s mixes classic ingredients such as juniper, coriander seeds, cassia bark with newer botanicals like Lebanese mint and rare varieties of lemon, so it’s perfect for those who like their classics with a modern twist. Lemon fresh, zesty, clean with a hint of mint, cinnamon, a little floral mixed through with herbs, orange overtakes lemon towards the finish, leaves it feeling sweet, goes down very easy. Served with lime and fresh mint.

Daffy’s Red Gooseberry Limited Edition……. This small batch gin is infused with whole fresh unpressed Scottish red gooseberries. The liquid is not a liquor but a classic London dry gin with some natural fruit sugar from the red gooseberries. Served with elderflower tonic and lime.

Dactari…… A German gin with a base spirit made with a combination of grain and wine distillates, and featuring a selection of botanicals which include juniper, orange, lemon, liquorice, pepper, coriander and aniseed. Served with fever tree tonic and orange.

Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger……Sticky boiled sweeties because there’s no denying a hint of the classic Rhubarb and Custard. Served with Lemonade or Ginger Beer.

Filliers Tangerine Gin…… Mellow and fruity with a distinct taste of fresh orange/tangerine mingled with a complex blend of spices. Besides notes of juniper there is a warm base of cardamom followed by sharper notes of coriander and pepper. Served with elderflower tonic and orange.

Forest Gin……Bold, floral aromas on the nose including raspberry, gooseberry, slight citrus and soft grass and oak notes. A good kick of forest floor with a warming spice developing on the palate. Hints of wild berries, nettle and lavender. Served with pink grapefruit.

Gin 13 Raspberry……. Gin 13 is a Portuguese gin with 13 botanicals: juniper; coriander seed; lemon; tangerine; cardamom; ginger; almond; angelica root; licorice; Prince herb; jasmine flower; black tea and fresh raspberries. Served with raspberries.

Hepple Gin….. Double Gold Medal Winner at the 2017 Spirits Awards. Aromas of green apple, bright grapefruit and spicy juniper and blackcurrent. An initial taste of fresh citrus evolves to ripe melon and juniper. A long savoury finish with juniper, cedar, sweet blackcurrent and liquorice. Served with lemon.

Herno Blackcurrant…. A deeply dark and massively flavoursome blackcurrant gin the Swedish distillery which was crowned Gin Grand Master at the 2013 Spirit Masters Awards, Hernö. It is made with their ‘Swedish Excellent’ which has been matured with whole blackcurrant berries and given a sweet edge with a good helping of honey. Served with lemonade and lemon.

Malfy Lemon Gin…… Citrus Gin lovers, meet your new best friend. Made with Amalfi and Sicilian lemons. Malfy is bursting with incredible lemon flavour. Together with some coriander and juniper, hints of liquorice, with faint hints of fennel, ushering in a citrus dominated finish that has some piney low notes, and traditional gin spice. Served with fever tree aromatic tonic and lemon.

Marula Pomegranate Gin……. Based on the original Marula gin, the creators decided to make a new fresh gin with pomegranate as a second main botanical. The result is a unique surprisingly tasty gin. Marula, the forbidden fruit of the elephant tree, is immediately recognised. Followed by the freshness of the pomegranate. Served best with pomegranate and basil tonic and pomegranate.

McQueen Mocha Gin…… Juniper, grapefruit, vanilla, cocoa nibs and coffee are the listed botanicals for this gin. Coffee dominates the sip initially, with a vague hint of over-roasted beans. Juniper follows (if a little timidly), with the vanilla and cocoa nibs bringing up the rear, followed once again by the coffee as it circles back round. Served with orange.

McQueen Premium Dry Gin……McQueen’s take on a classic dry gin is still delectably different. Expect traditional juniper and citrus flavours up front before the palette moves on to give you grapefruit, vanilla and even black pepper. Served with a wedge of grapefruit and lime.

McQueen Smokey Chilli Gin…… To taste, a rich sweetness envelopes the tongue and grabs hold, transforming in the mouth into something warm and fiery. There is a thick, full mouthfeel and a juniper undertone, but this is all about the chili -without the tongue tingling scoville induced heat of course. Served with green Chilli.

McQueen Sweet Citrus Gin…… The Sweet Citrus Gin has grapefruit, lime, lemongrass and kaffir lime amongst its botanical line up. The lemongrass dominates, bringing a bright, fresh, hay-like taste. Juniper isn’t overly identifiable here, but it subtly underpins proceedings and helps the spirit transition into a finish which tips between lemongrass and lime, along with a floral taste left on the tongue. Served with strawberries

McQueen Chocolate Mint Gin…… To taste, an initial sweetness rushes the tongue,with liquorice dominating initially, before giving way to the cooling mint. The chocolate works  more as an undertone here, but mint and juniper tend to combine into something altogether savoury. Served with mint.

MOM Gin…… This gin is a beautiful, soft and aromatic premium gin. On the nose when opening comes as the overwhelming smell of red berries. Its palette is quite dry but this quickly changes to red fruit. It has medium, spicy with a slightly bitter finish. Served with raspberries.

Nelsons Rhubarb and Custard…. Takes the recipe for the original London Dry, including lemongrass, kaffir-lime leaves and Madagascan vanilla and adds sweet, natural rhubarb essence. Served with ginger ale and fresh ginger.

Sacred Pink Grapefruit……On the nose is light sweet citrus with peppery notes. On the palate is a strong sweet refreshing citrus (pink grapefruit) taste with spiced pepper notes. On the close the flavour profile continues with zesty tongue tingling citrus (pink grapefruit) and pepper on a long fresh finish. Served with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic and grapefruit.

Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin……. Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar until they’re gloriously caramelized. That Boutique-y Gin Company then combine this lip-smacking treat with some bold gin, which both cuts through and pairs brilliantly with the sweet, zesty, subtly toasty pineapple. Served with aromatic tonic and lemon.

Pinkster Raspberry Gin …… A sweet profile, with juniper and coriander underlying a jammy raspberry note not too dissimilar to a coulis on a cheesecake. Served with Raspberries.

Plymouth Gin ……Elegant in the mouth with luscious marshmallow and hints of sage and eucalyptus it has a subtle, full bodied flavour with no bitter botanicals and not nearly as much of a juniper hit as some gins. Sweet orange and cardamom impart a softly fruity, spicy finish. Served with lemon or lime.

Poetic Licence Picnic Gin …… The essence of summer, strawberries and cream melded perfectly with bright juniper. Served with strawberries.

Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin……Uses strawberries from the region of Huelva in Andalusia, which are supposed to be the best of its kind in Europe. A soft and delicate gin with intense aromas of strawberry and juniper on the nose, the taste of strawberry is subtle and there are delicate touches of liquorice and gentle citrus notes on the palate. Served with strawberries.

Rock Rose Gin…… On the nose, Rock Rose has a delicate bouquet of rose, mixed with deeper cardamom and a touch of citrus fused into a mouthwatering mix. Tasted neat – fruity berries merge with the floral nose to give a full-bodied, rounded gin. Bright, slightly sour notes ping as the juniper comes to the fore alongside a warming heat. Served with fresh mint.

Sharish Blue Magic……Raspberry and strawberry on the nose followed by stem ginger and coriander. Quite spicy at first with cinnamon and ginger, with waves of lemon and juicy berry. Served with apple and raspberry.

Sikkim Fraise Gin……. Sikkim Fraise is a beautifully distilled Spanish gin full of juniper and summer berries. A gentle pine flavour combined with red tea, floral essences, strawberries and red cranberries. The coriander raises its head alongside a touch of bitter orange. Served with strawberries.

Sikkim Bilberry Gin……. A beautifully distilled gin with juniper, red tea, flower essences, blackberries, iris, blueberries, coriander, calamus and bitter orange skin. Sweet and fruity with aromatic floral notes. Served with blueberries and lime and elderflower tonic.

Solway Raspberry Ripple Gin……. Big initial hits of raspberry mellowing into a smooth creamy taste followed by the warmth of the quality Dry Gin to give a long lasting taste sensation. Served with raspberries.

Solway Rhubarb Crumble Gin……. The name gives it away! Beautifully smooth, this gin has rhubarb, Juniper and citrus on the nose. The gin is infused with fresh rhubarb and vanilla pods and finished to create a silky elixir for your enjoyment. Served with ginger ale and strawberries.

Solway Cortes Gin……. A luxurious smooth gin, the initial sweetness gives way to juniper and floral notes that come from the elderflower used, the silky liquor giving a warming finish. Names after Hernan Cortes who is credited with introducing vanilla to Europe. Served with raspberry.

Sipsmiths Sloe Gin …… Gorgeous redcurrent and ripe fruits, Cassis with soft cherry hints give a smooth and rounded sloe gin. Served with orange, or lemon tonic.

Slingsbys Rhubarb Gin…… Produced by infusing the finest hand-grown Yorkshire rhubarb with London Dry Gin. An initial sweetness of rhubarb and raspberry is followed by the bitter tang of the pink grapefruit citrus base. A tart rhubarb finish rounds off the drink leaving an unforgettable flavour on the pallet. Served with elderflower tonic and Raspberries.

Tarquin’s British Blackberry Gin……. Proudly celebrating the British berry, Tarquin’s Brilliantly British Blackberry gin with a touch of Cornish Wildflower honey. A wonderful rich burgundy colour with aromas of blackberry crumble, wild berries and sweet spice. Served with blackberries.

Two Birds Old Tom Gin…… Slightly sweeter than a dry gin with a distinctly fruity sweetness with notes of elderberry. The Juniper takes on a more piney, resinous aspect and the profile opens into a creamy middle where liquorice / anise notes sing out, it then yields to a pleasant bitter dry linger, making it inherently moorish. Served with lemon.

Warner Edwards Elderflower …… A beautifully balanced gin that is smooth, sweet and delicately fragrant with summer elderflower. Served with Mediterranean Tonic, lemon and mint.

Warner Edwards Melissa Gin ……A rush of sherbet lemon sweetness with a hint of chocolate, together with the spiciness of nutmeg, cardamom and citrusy twang. Served with Juniper berries and lemon.

Warner Edwards Rhubarb ……A burst of fruity rhubarb without being too sweet. Works in perfect harmony with the botanical characteristics of the incredible Harrington Dry. Served with Ginger Ale and a slice of orange.

Warner Edwards Sloe Gin ……An abundance of sloe’s, blackberries and raspberries burst out, with complex almond to give a rounded smoothness combined with fresh citrus. Served with lemon tonic.

Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger…… While the original Whitley Neill Gin is inspired by the exotic flavours of Africa, their Rhubarb & Ginger Gin variation takes inspiration from closer to the Whitley family’s homestead. Served with Tonic and fresh ginger.

Whitley Neill Quince Gin …… Blending Persian herbs with Turkish Quince, giving a prominence of peaches, apricots and quince together with coriander and lemon zest. Served with orange and apple.

Xolato Chocolate Gin …… A wealth of sweet, dessert flavours, from vanilla and banana to hazelnut and lemon. With 46 botanicals there is a complexity to Xolato Gin, and the juniper, cocoa and pepper give some balance to the sweetness. Served with raspberry and 70% chocolate shavings.

Zymurgorium Mandarin Dynasty…… Inspired by China. They have used five spices (just like the ‘five spice’ found at the centre of many Chinese dishes), opting for Chinese cinnamon, szechuan pepper, fennel seed, star anise and clove. To this they add mandarins and of course juniper to give a sweet and sour gin. Served with orange.

Zymurgorium Rhubarb and Cranberry……  A lovely balance of tart, sweet, botanical flavour and alcohol strength; blended with gin made using British juniper and over 20 other botanicals. The rhubarb (from their own land) combined with refreshing cranberries is delightful giving a fresh, tart taste. Served with orange.

Zymurgorium Sweet Violet…… Incredible parma violet flavour with a good gin presence; it manages to avoid the tendency towards a syrup like viscosity that many gin liqueurs have. The sweet violets used to create this beautiful gin liqueur give it a sweet pastel flavour and provide a strong violet aroma. Served with Bluberries.

Zymurgorium Turkish Delight…… Very floral and fragrant, with notes of rose petals, light juniper and a touch of mint. Served with ginger ale.

Aviation Gin……. A batch distilled gin, hailing from America. A full bodied, Dutch rye spirit loaded with botanicals such as sarsasparilla, Aviation Gin is a superb clean tasting drink. Served with fever tree tonic, juniper and lemon.

Darnley’s …… On the nose, rounded and creamy with angelica, lemon and elderflower. A burst of spicy coriander appears after a minute. To taste, lemon and soft juniper, with the elderflower making another appearance. Served with lemon.

Eden Mill Golf Gin…… Inspired by the botanicals that grow in and around the coastal golf courses of Scotland, the Eden Mill Limited Edition Golf Gin balances the likes of heather flower, liquorice root, red clover, rhubarb root and juniper berries. Served with blueberries.

Eden Mill Hop Gin…… Made using Australian beer hops to produce a 46% gin that gives a balance between floral, coriander and light hoppy notes. Soft tropical fruits with an undercurrent of juniper with a refreshing crisp bitterness. Served with orange.

Hedgehog Gin…… Named after America’s iconic star of adult cinema, Ron Jeremy. Nicknamed ‘The Hedgehog’, Ron Jeremy is also the inspiration behind their gin which includes botanicals such as ginseng, damiana, guarana and bergamot, described as ‘Love Herbs’ on the bottle. Served with fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and pink grapefruit.

JJ Whitley Nettle Gin ……Chopped basil, oily juniper, crushed coriander, forest floor and a subtle spark of citrus peels. Served with fresh mint or fever tree lemon tonic.

Ki-no-bi……. Ki No Bi Gin is the first release from the Kyoto Distillery! Unveiled in 2016, Ki No Bi Gin has been made using a rice spirit base, as well as a selection of botanicals including locally-sourced ingredients – the likes of yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea. Served with fever tree tonic, orange and lemon.

Masons lavender…… Dry lavender notes upon the nose, creating a rather soft and subtle experience, followed by a slight fennel aroma. Soft texture once onto the palate, with a fresh candied lavender sweet flavour dominating. Rather subtle across the senses, with anise creeping in on the dry finish. Masons Yorkshire Tea…. Balanced tea notes, set against the powerful and spicy botanical base of the original Yorkshire gin. Deliciously smooth and warming, the herbal notes, citrus and gentle spice are complemented by the robust tea flavour. Served with fever tree slim line tonic apple and lime.

Manchester Gin …… With a true nod to Manchester, the recipe has incorporated local and northern flavours and botanicals such as dandelion and burdock root, to make an easy drinking yet flavoursome craft gin. Served with Pink Grapefruit.

Ngenious Swiss Blended Gin…… Outstandingly smooth, crisp and clean, almost belying its 45% ABV. It is also incredibly well balanced. Alongside the juniper, Swiss Blended Gin is very herbaceous, with notes of aniseed, fennel and chamomile. Served with pink grapefruit.

Pink Pepper Gin…… An intensely aromatic and unique gin – one which will age and evolve, both in the bottle and in the glass. When the bottle is young, or when diluted or chilled, fresh and spicy notes of pink pepper and juniper are prominent. Over time however, the liquid evolves and warms up, allowing notes of patisserie – vanilla, Tonka and honey to come to the forefront. Served with lemon.

Pollination Gin…… An absolute blinder of a gin from Dyfi distillery: cucumber, dill, dandelion, lavender and juniper appear on the nose and palate, which is silky and elegant with a refreshingly minty finish. Well done to the Welsh boys! Served with mint, juniper berries and lemon.

Porthecary Gin…… Double Gold Medal Winner at the 2017 Spirits Awards. Pothecary Gin is aromatic and floral, with lavender being at the forefront of the flavour, alongside juniper, citrus and subtle notes of honey and black tea.
