5th Summer Berry Fire Gin ……A sweet and almost silky sprit, 5th Fire has been gently infused with a whole range of soft red fruits (including blackberry, blueberry, currant and strawberry). Gooseberry and strawberry come through initially with a mild but noticeable juniper bitterness. This is a fantastically experimental gin. Served with strawberry and 70% chocolate shavings.

Alkkemist Gin…… Distilled with 21 botanicals only 12 times a year under a full moon. Alkkemist Gin features a base of triple-distilled grain spirit and 21 different botanicals, interestingly including Muscat grape, alongside orange and lemon peel, rose petals, samphire, fennel, thyme and mint, among others. Berliner Brandstifter Gin……On the nose, the gin gives off a bright floral, fruity sweetness. and almost red berry richness to the smell. That sweetness translates to the tongue, while the floral elements bring a jammy sweetness. Served with blueberries.
Bloom…… A fine example of a modern, light gin that is not strongly juniper led. Served with Elderflower Tonic with strawberries.

Botanic Kiss Gin……. Made in Spain using triple-distilled English grain. It is a blend of classic botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, orris root, liquorice root, cassia, almond shells, sweet orange and Buddha’s hand, with strawberries, raspberries and cranberries. Buss 509 Raspberry Gin…… A lovely balance of raspberry and classic gin like notes, with plenty of herbs and juniper on the palate. Citrus up front, lemon, raspberry notes, with floral and herb-garden notes in the mids, cardamom, angelica, and a faint hint of anise later, with pine emphasized juniper and a tart berry, slightly sour, but astringent and surprisingly dry on the finish. Bulldog Gin…… A super premium gin containing 12 botanicals. The 5 main ones are Lotus Leaves, Lavender, Liquorice, Poppy and Dragon Eye which is a cousin of the Lychee fruit and an aphrodisiac. It is a very smooth Gin, less dry than most with a long fruity sweetness from the liquorice and dragon eye. Served with orange or pink grapefruit.

Chase Elegant 48 Gin…… This Elegant Gin which is bottled at 48% is described as the most complicated gin in the world and is the first and only gin to be distilled from cider apples. Elegant, crisp with juniper and green fruits upfront, followed by warm spices and earthy undertones. Served with apple.
Chase Orange …… Fruity/floral with notes of marmalade, also a pleasant juniper spice in the background, which fades towards the finish where you’ll get notes of coriander, bitter orange zest, and a faint backing of licorice. Served with orange.

Columbian Dictator Gin…… This Gin is very unique as it is made with the primary ingredient being the Colombian fruit Limon Mandarino (Tangerine-Lemon). The combination of these Fruits along with the Juniper berries. The gin is then aged for 35 weeks in rum barrels to give a darker colour but also a Fresh and Smooth taste. Served with orange.
Columbian White……. From the clever minds and talented hands that brought us Dictator Rum comes an aged Colombian gin. Using a botanical selection based on the limon mandarino, a hybrid between a mandarin orange and a lemon, they have created a wonderful, citrus-forward gin. Served with fever tree tonic and orange.
Cucumber Gin…… A ballroom dance between cucumber and juniper. The sweetness of the cucumber balances out the sharpness of the juniper. A light refreshing gin, perfect for the summer. Served with cucumber and mint.

Eden Mill Love Gin…… A warming spirit with juniper and rhubarb, that slowly mellows to soft and sweet ripe berries and hints of dark fruits. Touches of rhubarb and custard sweets with a hint of rose water. Served with strawberries.
Edinburgh Raspberry ……Sweet, spicy elements of Gin, followed by the fruity and slightly tart raspberry. Serve with either Lemonade, Prosecco or Ginger Ale, garnished with mint.
Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger……Sticky boiled sweeties because there’s no denying a hint of the classic Rhubarb and Custard. Served with Lemonade or Ginger Beer.
Filliers Tangerine Gin…… Mellow and fruity with a distinct taste of fresh orange/tangerine mingled with a complex blend of spices. Besides notes of juniper there is a warm base of cardamom followed by sharper notes of coriander and pepper. Served with elderflower tonic and orange.
Forest Gin……Bold, floral aromas on the nose including raspberry, gooseberry, slight citrus and soft grass and oak notes. A good kick of forest floor with a warming spice developing on the palate. Hints of wild berries, nettle and lavender. Served with pink grapefruit.
Gin 13 Raspberry……. Gin 13 is a Portuguese gin with 13 botanicals: juniper; coriander seed; lemon; tangerine; cardamom; ginger; almond; angelica root; licorice; Prince herb; jasmine flower; black tea and fresh raspberries. Served with raspberries.
Hepple Gin….. Double Gold Medal Winner at the 2017 Spirits Awards. Aromas of green apple, bright grapefruit and spicy juniper and blackcurrent. An initial taste of fresh citrus evolves to ripe melon and juniper. A long savoury finish with juniper, cedar, sweet blackcurrent and liquorice. Served with lemon.
Herno Blackcurrant…. A deeply dark and massively flavoursome blackcurrant gin the Swedish distillery which was crowned Gin Grand Master at the 2013 Spirit Masters Awards, Hernö. It is made with their ‘Swedish Excellent’ which has been matured with whole blackcurrant berries and given a sweet edge with a good helping of honey. Served with lemonade and lemon.

Malfy Lemon Gin…… Citrus Gin lovers, meet your new best friend. Made with Amalfi and Sicilian lemons. Malfy is bursting with incredible lemon flavour. Together with some coriander and juniper, hints of liquorice, with faint hints of fennel, ushering in a citrus dominated finish that has some piney low notes, and traditional gin spice. Served with fever tree aromatic tonic and lemon.
Marula Pomegranate Gin……. Based on the original Marula gin, the creators decided to make a new fresh gin with pomegranate as a second main botanical. The result is a unique surprisingly tasty gin. Marula, the forbidden fruit of the elephant tree, is immediately recognised. Followed by the freshness of the pomegranate. Served best with pomegranate and basil tonic and pomegranate.
McQueen Mocha Gin…… Juniper, grapefruit, vanilla, cocoa nibs and coffee are the listed botanicals for this gin. Coffee dominates the sip initially, with a vague hint of over-roasted beans. Juniper follows (if a little timidly), with the vanilla and cocoa nibs bringing up the rear, followed once again by the coffee as it circles back round. Served with orange.
McQueen Premium Dry Gin……McQueen’s take on a classic dry gin is still delectably different. Expect traditional juniper and citrus flavours up front before the palette moves on to give you grapefruit, vanilla and even black pepper. Served with a wedge of grapefruit and lime.
McQueen Smokey Chilli Gin…… To taste, a rich sweetness envelopes the tongue and grabs hold, transforming in the mouth into something warm and fiery. There is a thick, full mouthfeel and a juniper undertone, but this is all about the chili -without the tongue tingling scoville induced heat of course. Served with green Chilli.
McQueen Sweet Citrus Gin…… The Sweet Citrus Gin has grapefruit, lime, lemongrass and kaffir lime amongst its botanical line up. The lemongrass dominates, bringing a bright, fresh, hay-like taste. Juniper isn’t overly identifiable here, but it subtly underpins proceedings and helps the spirit transition into a finish which tips between lemongrass and lime, along with a floral taste left on the tongue. Served with strawberries
McQueen Chocolate Mint Gin…… To taste, an initial sweetness rushes the tongue,with liquorice dominating initially, before giving way to the cooling mint. The chocolate works more as an undertone here, but mint and juniper tend to combine into something altogether savoury. Served with mint.
MOM Gin…… This gin is a beautiful, soft and aromatic premium gin. On the nose when opening comes as the overwhelming smell of red berries. Its palette is quite dry but this quickly changes to red fruit. It has medium, spicy with a slightly bitter finish. Served with raspberries.
Nelsons Rhubarb and Custard…. Takes the recipe for the original London Dry, including lemongrass, kaffir-lime leaves and Madagascan vanilla and adds sweet, natural rhubarb essence. Served with ginger ale and fresh ginger.
Sacred Pink Grapefruit……On the nose is light sweet citrus with peppery notes. On the palate is a strong sweet refreshing citrus (pink grapefruit) taste with spiced pepper notes. On the close the flavour profile continues with zesty tongue tingling citrus (pink grapefruit) and pepper on a long fresh finish. Served with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic and grapefruit.
Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin……. Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar until they’re gloriously caramelized. That Boutique-y Gin Company then combine this lip-smacking treat with some bold gin, which both cuts through and pairs brilliantly with the sweet, zesty, subtly toasty pineapple. Served with aromatic tonic and lemon.
Pinkster Raspberry Gin …… A sweet profile, with juniper and coriander underlying a jammy raspberry note not too dissimilar to a coulis on a cheesecake. Served with Raspberries.
Plymouth Gin ……Elegant in the mouth with luscious marshmallow and hints of sage and eucalyptus it has a subtle, full bodied flavour with no bitter botanicals and not nearly as much of a juniper hit as some gins. Sweet orange and cardamom impart a softly fruity, spicy finish. Served with lemon or lime.
Poetic Licence Picnic Gin …… The essence of summer, strawberries and cream melded perfectly with bright juniper. Served with strawberries.
Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin……Uses strawberries from the region of Huelva in Andalusia, which are supposed to be the best of its kind in Europe. A soft and delicate gin with intense aromas of strawberry and juniper on the nose, the taste of strawberry is subtle and there are delicate touches of liquorice and gentle citrus notes on the palate. Served with strawberries.
Rock Rose Gin…… On the nose, Rock Rose has a delicate bouquet of rose, mixed with deeper cardamom and a touch of citrus fused into a mouthwatering mix. Tasted neat – fruity berries merge with the floral nose to give a full-bodied, rounded gin. Bright, slightly sour notes ping as the juniper comes to the fore alongside a warming heat. Served with fresh mint.
Sharish Blue Magic……Raspberry and strawberry on the nose followed by stem ginger and coriander. Quite spicy at first with cinnamon and ginger, with waves of lemon and juicy berry. Served with apple and raspberry.
Sikkim Fraise Gin……. Sikkim Fraise is a beautifully distilled Spanish gin full of juniper and summer berries. A gentle pine flavour combined with red tea, floral essences, strawberries and red cranberries. The coriander raises its head alongside a touch of bitter orange. Served with strawberries.
Sikkim Bilberry Gin……. A beautifully distilled gin with juniper, red tea, flower essences, blackberries, iris, blueberries, coriander, calamus and bitter orange skin. Sweet and fruity with aromatic floral notes. Served with blueberries and lime and elderflower tonic.
Solway Raspberry Ripple Gin……. Big initial hits of raspberry mellowing into a smooth creamy taste followed by the warmth of the quality Dry Gin to give a long lasting taste sensation. Served with raspberries.
Solway Rhubarb Crumble Gin……. The name gives it away! Beautifully smooth, this gin has rhubarb, Juniper and citrus on the nose. The gin is infused with fresh rhubarb and vanilla pods and finished to create a silky elixir for your enjoyment. Served with ginger ale and strawberries.
Solway Cortes Gin……. A luxurious smooth gin, the initial sweetness gives way to juniper and floral notes that come from the elderflower used, the silky liquor giving a warming finish. Names after Hernan Cortes who is credited with introducing vanilla to Europe. Served with raspberry.
Sipsmiths Sloe Gin …… Gorgeous redcurrent and ripe fruits, Cassis with soft cherry hints give a smooth and rounded sloe gin. Served with orange, or lemon tonic.
Slingsbys Rhubarb Gin…… Produced by infusing the finest hand-grown Yorkshire rhubarb with London Dry Gin. An initial sweetness of rhubarb and raspberry is followed by the bitter tang of the pink grapefruit citrus base. A tart rhubarb finish rounds off the drink leaving an unforgettable flavour on the pallet. Served with elderflower tonic and Raspberries.
Tarquin’s British Blackberry Gin……. Proudly celebrating the British berry, Tarquin’s Brilliantly British Blackberry gin with a touch of Cornish Wildflower honey. A wonderful rich burgundy colour with aromas of blackberry crumble, wild berries and sweet spice. Served with blackberries.
Two Birds Old Tom Gin…… Slightly sweeter than a dry gin with a distinctly fruity sweetness with notes of elderberry. The Juniper takes on a more piney, resinous aspect and the profile opens into a creamy middle where liquorice / anise notes sing out, it then yields to a pleasant bitter dry linger, making it inherently moorish. Served with lemon.

Warner Edwards Melissa Gin ……A rush of sherbet lemon sweetness with a hint of chocolate, together with the spiciness of nutmeg, cardamom and citrusy twang. Served with Juniper berries and lemon.

Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger…… While the original Whitley Neill Gin is inspired by the exotic flavours of Africa, their Rhubarb & Ginger Gin variation takes inspiration from closer to the Whitley family’s homestead. Served with Tonic and fresh ginger.
Whitley Neill Quince Gin …… Blending Persian herbs with Turkish Quince, giving a prominence of peaches, apricots and quince together with coriander and lemon zest. Served with orange and apple.
Xolato Chocolate Gin …… A wealth of sweet, dessert flavours, from vanilla and banana to hazelnut and lemon. With 46 botanicals there is a complexity to Xolato Gin, and the juniper, cocoa and pepper give some balance to the sweetness. Served with raspberry and 70% chocolate shavings.
Zymurgorium Mandarin Dynasty…… Inspired by China. They have used five spices (just like the ‘five spice’ found at the centre of many Chinese dishes), opting for Chinese cinnamon, szechuan pepper, fennel seed, star anise and clove. To this they add mandarins and of course juniper to give a sweet and sour gin. Served with orange.
Zymurgorium Rhubarb and Cranberry…… A lovely balance of tart, sweet, botanical flavour and alcohol strength; blended with gin made using British juniper and over 20 other botanicals. The rhubarb (from their own land) combined with refreshing cranberries is delightful giving a fresh, tart taste. Served with orange.
Zymurgorium Sweet Violet…… Incredible parma violet flavour with a good gin presence; it manages to avoid the tendency towards a syrup like viscosity that many gin liqueurs have. The sweet violets used to create this beautiful gin liqueur give it a sweet pastel flavour and provide a strong violet aroma. Served with Bluberries.
